Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Accessing the Calculator
- Navigate to the page or post where the Attendance Calculator is embedded on your WordPress website.
2. Setting the Required Percentage
- Use the dropdown menu labeled “Percentage Required” to select the minimum attendance percentage required (e.g., 75%).
3. Inputting Attendance Data
- In the “Present” field, enter the number of days you have attended so far.
- In the “Total” field, enter the total number of school/college days.

- Click the Calculate button.
- The calculator will display:
- The maximum number of days you can miss and still meet the required percentage.

- The pie chart visually represents your attendance data:
- Green (Present Days): The portion of days you have attended.

- A download prompt will appear, allowing you to save the screenshot to your device.
7. Clearing Data
- To clear the input fields and start over, simply refresh the page.
