How to Use the Effective Hours Calculator

Step 1: Open the Tool

    • A Calculate Hours button for calculations.

Step 3: Remove Unnecessary Logs

  • If a log is no longer required, click the button next to the row. This will delete the row instantly.

Step 4: Calculate Total Hours

  1. After inputting all required logs, click the Calculate Hours button.
  2. The total working hours will appear at the bottom in the format:

  • A pie chart will display:
    • Work Time: Total hours worked.
    • Remaining Time: Unused hours in the day.

    • If any In or Out field is left empty, the system will prompt you to fill them.
